Cap Stable with heavy neut off (heavy neut is for last ditch attempt to cap out a play pointing you so you can escape. Warp to zero and stay there. Autotarget missiles slay small ships,. bouncers start with BS and work their way down, ecm burst keeps aggro of drones 99.99% of time and (along with heavy neut) can help it you get hot dropped.
Enemy comes into local, scoop sentries, hit MJD (to get away from any obstacles) and warp off. Between auto target missiles and drones you don't do anything but watch local, if you want to use manual missiles you can of course, better isk/hr that way.
